Driving is not at all different from being superheroes. Yes, you may not have superpowers like Superman and Spiderman, but you do have the power to lead others towards success. This is much bigger and stronger because it is a power that can be used by real people in this real world.

Thus, being a leader requires a great sense of responsibility, the second quality that a successful leader must achieve.

The ability to lead your people towards the realization of your vision comes with responsibilities such as making sure they are in the right direction, being aware of everyone's tasks and mistakes, and getting them back on track when they get lost.

Who said it's easy to be a leader? Well, he is not...It it comes with tons of responsibilities. Real leaders are ready to accept them all.

There are situations where it sometimes makes us feel better to blame someone or something else when something goes wrong with a task. However, this should not be practiced, especially by a good leader!

The leader must take full responsibility for the task-not only before he accepts it, but also after its completion. As much as he is responsible for the success of his team, he must also be responsible for any failures. He represents the whole team, so whatever happens to him, he is in charge.

Making excuses and blaming something or someone else for failed jobs is not the quality of a good leader. What he should do, rather, is accept the fact that something went wrong in the organization, even if it was not his fault. It is natural to make mistakes. In fact, mistakes are opportunities to learn something better. As a leader, he must ensure that team members learn from these mistakes and that these mistakes will not be repeated the next time.

You may not have complete control over others and you are not expected to have complete control over their actions, but you do have complete control over your reactions. Knowing what to do in unexpected and unforeseen situations will make you responsible, and therefore give you a sense of strength.
